1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how eSoccerSignal handles personal information when you visit the website, create an account, use notifications, contact support or subscribe to a paid plan. For privacy questions, contact support@esoccersignal.com.
2. Information we collect
We may process your email address, account status, login/session records, notification preferences, subscription status, support messages, security/audit records and technical request data needed to operate and protect the service.
3. What we do not ask for
We do not ask for bookmaker passwords, account cookies, payment-card details directly, or access to your third-party betting accounts. Payment details, when billing is enabled, are handled by the configured payment provider.
4. Why we use the information
We use personal information to authenticate accounts, provide requested access, deliver opted-in notifications, maintain the public proof service, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, respond to support requests and meet legal or security obligations.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to perform the service you request, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, or act on your consent for optional notification channels.
6. Retention and security
Account and security records are retained only as long as reasonably required. When a member completes self-service account deletion, user-linked sessions, preferences, reveal history, notification records, support requests, saved calculation history and account-linked audit records are removed from the service database. Independent public signal/proof records and records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may remain where applicable. We use server-side access checks, secure session cookies, encryption for protected signal data, rate limits and audit controls.
7. Optional analytics
If you accept non-essential cookies and Google Analytics is configured, we may process page views, referral/campaign parameters and general usage events to understand acquisition and improve the service. Advertising personalization is disabled in our implementation. You can reject non-essential cookies or change your cookie choice at any time.
8. Your choices and rights
You can change notification preferences in your account. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability. Signed-in members can download a JSON copy of their account data and start account deletion directly from Settings. Deletion requires a one-time confirmation code sent to the verified account email. Active paid subscriptions must be cancelled before deletion so billing cannot continue after the account is removed.
