1. Scope
This policy applies to paid eSoccerSignal subscriptions when billing is enabled. The service is provided by Seqube under the eSoccerSignal brand. If billing is not yet open, joining an early-access list does not create a paid subscription or charge.
2. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Sweden or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for distance contracts, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where applicable, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the subscription contract is concluded.
3. Service started during a withdrawal period
If you expressly ask us to start providing a paid service during an applicable withdrawal period, the amount refundable may be reduced by the proportion of the service already supplied where applicable law permits this. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
4. Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same subscription period, contact us so we can investigate. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible.
5. Cancellation and renewals
When recurring billing is available, cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a mandatory legal right or the checkout terms require otherwise, cancelling does not automatically create a refund for a subscription period that has already started. The pricing page and checkout show the applicable price, billing interval and renewal terms before purchase.
6. How to request a refund or withdrawal
Email support@esoccersignal.com from the address linked to your account. Include the account email, approximate payment date and payment-provider reference if available. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or bookmaker credentials.
7. Payment provider
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Provider processing timelines can affect when an approved refund appears, but provider terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
